At our people transportation company, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require our customers to cancel the booked service. Therefore, we have established a cancellation policy that aims to be fair and equitable for both parties.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you need to cancel the booked people transportation service with us, we kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible. This way, we can rearrange our schedule and provide the best service to our other customers.<\/span><\/p>

If the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance, you will be refunded 100% of the amount paid for the booked service. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, you will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.<\/span><\/p>

In the event that the cancellation is due to force majeure, such as illness or accident, you will be refunded 100% of the amount paid, provided that you inform us as soon as possible and provide documentation to support the situation.<\/span><\/p>

In compliance with the contracting conditions, it is established that payment for the transfer service must be made in full one week before the agreed date for carrying it out. If payment is not received within the established period, the company reserves the right to cancel the reservation and not carry out the requested transfer.
